Morning Bais Medrash Program
One of the unique, innovative aspects of the Mesivta’s learning program is the morning Bais Medrash Seder. We found in examining the ‘classical chevrusa’ time where boys are paired off and there is only one Rebbe in the room, that there is a tremendous amount of wasted time as the boys wait for their ‘turn’ to get the Rebbe’s help in preparing new material. By bringing in a special staff of Rebbeim to teach/supervise each chevrusa - talmidim are able to learn and develop at their own pace under the constant guidance of a ‘personalized’ Rebbe. A productive Bais Medrash Seder with no loss of time not only helps prepare the talmid for shiur but also provides the necessary tools for independent learning upon graduation.
