LIMUDEI KODESH CURRICULUM:
Chumash
The focus of the Chumash program is to (1) promote the skills necessary to utilize and understand the various Meforshim (Rashi, Rambam, Ibn Ezra, Onkelas, Sforno); and (2) teach the underlying concepts embodied in the Chumash narrative accounts and derive the practical Hashkafa applications therefrom. The talmidim are thus given an overview of all of Chamisha Chumshei Torah. Talmidim begin with study of sefer Breshis in 9th grade and conclude with sefer Devorim in their senior year.
